Thought it might be a usefull and fun tool to have a search option on this site. Especially in the forums. For a newer member like myself it would be great to be able to search old posts and topics and it would also help prevent duplicate topics from being posted. For all I know THIS subject has already been addressed...
Any thoughts?

Wow. I really need to get more sleep...Thanks for pointing out the obvious. The funny/sad thing is I even double checked but I still missed it. In my defense I've been posting from my phone but still....I am officially embarassed.

A while back, there was talk of getting an article search function added to the main site as well, but I don't remember if anything ever came of that.

I think part of my oversight might have been when I was trying to search an older article on the main page and couldn't find the search button.It would be nice to have one on the main page too.

Yeah, I have to use Google to find articles on the site simply because it's faster. That's kind of silly.

theres only 6 pages of articles. not like its that hard to find an article.

Just add "site:sydlexia.com" to a Google search to find anything on the entire site, including the forums. This is especially helpful if you don't want to look through more than a hundred articles for a single phrase.
