Well my 3 favorite artists are Richard Kane Ferguson, Rebecca Guay, and Ron Spencer.

Fun fact: that random blonde chick that appears on 90% of the Guay's cards? That's her. She fucking draws herself on MTG cards.

Ron Spencer is definitely one of my favs. I was looking at Crypt Cobra on Gatherer earlier and thinking how sweet the art was. Also how it should totally be a zombie or skeleton snake because even if that would make it too strong, there's no way that art depicts a living cobra.

R.K. Post too, that motherfucker can draw. Avatar of Woe and the sweet alt one are both awesome. Actually, the whole cycle of avatar art was sweet. Abyssal Horror is sick too, there's a ton of detail in there if you look close.

Ron Spencer's cool. Guay's style is cool, but like I said, she draws herself in most of her cards, so they all start to look the same. I'm pretty partial to Mark Tedin's stuff as well. Quinton Hoover didn't do too much, but his stuff is pretty badass too.

Yeah, Mark Tedin's got some cool stuff: Ashnod's Transmogrant, Deepspawn, Deathcurse Ogre, I would buy that at poster size.

Does Wizards have a damn store BTW? I can't find a link to one anywhere on the Magic site...

Are you looking for original art? If so, eBay:

No dammit, I just want poster sized art reproductions! R.K. Post sells prints on his (is he a he? I've never actually looked him/her up to find out anything.) but they're all 8.5x11!

Besides, there's no good original art up on eBay anyway.

There was some! Not a lot, though. Johan and Mox Pearl were both up there.

I had to look that one up because I honestly do not remember ever seeing it. Also, it's bullshit that what should be its most obvious type hasn't been errated onto it.

Well, I'm sorry you're afraid of flying eels. That aren't Sky Eel School.
