So I was reading Usa's Alphabetical Game Review thread and I noticed the word addicting colored green and underlined, indicating a hyperlink.

When I put my mouse cursor over it this popped up.

Never heard of them, are they any good? Question

Well, they're advertising an unlicensed Mario game? What do you think? Of course not. They're full of adware and spyware.

And why is this in feedback? The hyperlink wasn't added by this site, or by Usa. When I read the thread, I don't see it. You've already got an adware problem. Run SpyBot or Malwarebytes or Ad-Aware. Or anything, really.

Yeah, fix that before it does anything worse. Some of those adware viruses can be really fucking bad.

Just went to another forum and had the same problem. Isn't happening on any other site, however, and I didn't do anything I don't normally do so I can't think of how I would have gotten a virus. Trendmicro's housecall seems to think my comp is clean too, so hopefully that means the virus is on that website?

It could be referral software that particular site has installed.
