Cosplayers are gay. The only way there should be a cosplayer for Gundam is if somebody actually has a mobile suit. I mean a real, 100 foot tall robot.

Damn! I wish I read that before today. I had a guy running around with a plastic bag for hair at one point. Sounded like a violation, or rather an example, of rule #2.

I think cosplay is strange and frightening, but if you're gonna do it, at least try to look like whatever the fuck it is you're cosplaying. Or, if you absolutely must, just pull a Cheap-Ass Costume Man.

I didn't get 1/2 of your anime references, as I've never watched 'em, and you even taudht me something... You are clearly more of an otaku than me.

If I was ever to cosplay (even though I never will) I'd just be cheap and order a male school uniform from the 'net, wherever one may be.

It reminds me of the time a friend of mine who owns a card shop dressed up like Darth Vader and stood out in front of his shop to attract customers. Didn't work, but damn if it wasn't funny.

I'm sticking to my strengths and am planning to go one con as Peter "the Ox King" Griffin. All I need to do is get ahold of/make a horned helmet and grow out my beard and I'm pretty much set.

if I ever went to one of these, I would have wanted to be the merchant from resident evil 4, but somebody beat me to it.
