I forgot about this, but apparently it comes out this weekend.

It seems like Wizards are basically are copying the old community made Chaos Rules. I'll definately be grabbing the Stirke Force deck first.

Wow, I love the cards. But is there any explanation to this planar deck and needing dice?

I got to play this today. Someone bought all 4 decks and passed them around. We also played it with preconstructed decks and a few people were drafting with the planar cards when I left.

It's kind of fun when you're actually playing, but the novelty kind of wears off. Every game seemed to boil down to people constantly rolling dice to either try to get away from a plane that sucked for everyone, or that sucked for everyone but one person.
