Everyone else watched this, right? That was amazing! I have honestly never seen a comeback that huge.

When I lived in Boston I used to keep up all the time. When I moved two months ago, I stopped caring. No one talks about it here.
I am allowed to say once again that Baseball bores me.
I am content with watching the highlights.

Like most people I turned it off around the 6th inning. I turned it back on once it was 7-4 and watched the rest. Just an amazing ending.

Frank Reich, and the 1992 Buffalo Bills and Houston Oilers would like a word.

Thou, because I am wroth, be not dismayed, for I shall win the strife, whoever circle round within for the defence. This their insolence is not new, for of old they used it at a less secret gate, which still is found without a bolt. Above it thou didst see the dead inscription; and already on this side of it
descends the steep, passing without escort through the circles,
One such that by him the city shall be opened to us. |

It would help if he had been born three years earlier then. And then another 4 to 5 years earlier then that so he could remember it.

Ok... I gotta ask. Why the Dodgers?
I have nothing against them, but I am very curious to know where the LA love comes from. Or is it Brooklyn that binds you to them?

I knew it wasn't the biggest comeback, the TV told me it was the 2nd biggest, but I never saw anything like it.

I honestly hope the Rays beat them, I just want someone different to go to the world series. Plus, if the Philles have to lose at the World Series, I would rather them lose to the Rays who never won rather than the Sox who have won two already the last four years.

My Dodgers love comes from the fact that at the end of last season, I decided to pick a random team that I would then follow strictly via stats and highlights...and look at how they've done

I flipped channels when we were down 5-0, flipped back and saw wwe were down 7-0, so I gave up for the night. I didn't believe it the first time someone said we won that game.
Whoever wins the Sox/Rays game tonight wins the world series.

im from LA so im naturally a dodgers fan. and the dodgers have one of the best stadiums ever.
and im hoping the Sox can pull off the comeback, since a Rays/Phillies WS would be terrible imo

I'd actually love to see a Dodgers game. See what all the fuss is about
Maybe if they play the Mariners and I can get to Seattle.

Oh well, at least the Sox made the Rays earn their WS slot.
At this point, Bud Selig is probably wishing he had copied David Stern's innovative NBA strategy of fixing the playoffs, because the ratings for Rays vs. Phillies are going to be fucking terrible.
Also, the Rays need a better name. They have the fucking Raisin Bran logo on their uniforms and that's wicked queer. Some suggestions:
Sting Rays
Manta Rays
Death Rays
Parker Junior, Rays
