After finding out the Top 100 NES games article was linked to on the S-A forums, I wanted to go sign up there so I could comment. Then after choosing the "Dr. Jeebus" username, it came to a credit card page. I thought it was a joke, and it isn't. What the fuck? You want me to pay $9.95 so I can come to your forum ONCE and comment on this article with these people? Not a fucking chance. And where do the people on the forums there get their fucking money? I would assume that having a registration fee would keep out the mentally challenged, but it appears as if those were the only people on those boards. They demanded at least 30 games all be in the top 10 (One person even specifically said that all of the top 20 games were top 10 games) as if we can create dozens of new numbers. Sure, if wrote the article under the premise of using a dodecadecimal numbering system then we could fit about half the games they wanted before "10" appeared, but that 10 would come after J, not 9 so then they'd bitch a bout that. They also commented that a lot fo Syd's top 20 worst games made the list, as if the speech at the beginning about 5 people voting and a weighting algorithm had never been said.


In short, if you don't like our list, whether you're from another forum or not, my answer to you is this: make your own fucking list. It's not anywhere near as easy as you fucking think it is.

I'm not even as upset about how stupid their comments were as the fact that I'd have to pay to make any sort of retort as I believe whoever suggested that one of them sign up here was sassed for it
