Mike judge is pretty much a genius, so which one of his top shows do you like more? King of the Hill or Beavis and Butthead. Being a metal head/idiot I've always loved Beavis and Butthead myself.

Why do you keep making these polls with only two options? Mike Judge has a lot more shows under his belt, so including them as options would make this topic much more interesting.

I know he has more, I was just using 2 of them that most people are familiar with.

I liked them both the same.

Also, he made Office Space.

Technically Office Space was a series of animated shorts on SNL first though.

B+B, because there was more random plots. I didn't watch a LOT of KotH but it seems like there were multiple episodes based around the same themes. Peggy being oblivious to her poor spanish, Dale doing something wacky, Bill being a sad sack, and Hank going "gahhh" to anything he thinks affects his manhood. Makes it hard to watch reruns imo.

Exactly, some of those B+B episodes are absolutely timeless though.

Haha, I love the one where they wander into that woman's yard and end up babysitting her two kids. Shit gets pretty ridiculous.

office space was a short on SNL, but it had a different name. the weird shifty character w/the glasses that burns down the building at the end was based on the character in the SNL short.

it was a dilbert type short, but funny.

Beavis & Butt-Head, by far. This isn't even a contest to me.

Beavis and Butt-head. I grew up watching that show. King of the Hill just depresses me sometimes. The writing isn't bad, I just find it depressing to watch most of the episodes. I especially can't stand Bobby/Peggy/Lou-Anne (or however you spell her name) heavy episodes, that is a lot of episodes I don't enjoy.

The "Milton" skits were originally on Liquid Television.

That was AWESOME.

Anyway, I hate King of the Hill so much that I kinda want to go to Mike Judge, hold up a picture of Beavis and Butthead right in his face, and say "THIS, YOU IDIOT! THIS! NOT THIS! *holds up a pic of the KotH cast*"

Most definitely Beavis & Butthead. I loved the show as a kid, the music video segments were my favorite part. Plus, Beavis & Butthead is one of my favorite Sega Genesis games.

I never understood what the deal was with King of the Hill. It seems like the entire episode I'm simply waiting for a punchline or something even remotely humorous to pop up, anywhere, and before I know the show's over and I just wasted half an hour going out of my way to seek out a single laugh watching a terminally boring cartoon.
