Holy fucking shit. These things are good. I've tried the regular one and the bacon one. Still need to try mushroom swiss.
In any case, these things are good times.

I saw that when I went into McDonald's last weekend, but I didn't think to try it. I might have to now.

Oh lord, yes, these things are good.
They're not like the Burger King ones, which taste way too...well, like burnt meat. They're just...well, can we get a picture of Homer with his mouth open and tongue out in here?

They were apparently tested in select locations early as Summer 2007.

I tried one and wasn't impressed, but I one a couple weeks ago before they had the bacon or mushroom swiss ones, so maybe the McDonalds in town wasn't used to making them yet or something.

I thought they came out with these things a few years back, but oh well.
I'm kinda interested in that gigantic burger sub at Burger King.

The burgers are OK, but not outstanding.
For fast food, they taste like an actual restaurant's burgers, as opposed to frozen red discs.

Agreed. They are pretty good. Although honestly, I prefer Carl's Jr's Six Dollar Burgers. Or even one of their Southwest Bacon burgers--the onion rings really make 'em good.

A buddy of mine got one in Times Square on his trip a few months back. He said that they were fucking awesome. Now that they're nationwide, I'll have to grab one.

A) There are no Carl Jr.'s in Massachusetts.
B) I am deathly afraid that burgers endorsed by Paris Hilton will give me VD.

There are not. Also, in the Eastern US, the chain is known as Hardee's (none in MA either).
The times I remember trying a Six Dollar Burger at Carl's Jr, I remember not being able to finish them. That's all.

Had the Bacon one today...my God, it was delicious. Filling, too.
I had all but written off McDonald's in my diet, but now they had to go and win me back with a tasty burger. Damn you, clown-led corporation!
