I liked Dookie and American Idiot. Everything else is amazingly mediocre.

Haha, just a terrible idea. It's easy enough playing their stuff on a real guitar. You are telling me kids would rather spend days playing this on GH when they could spend the same amount of time playing the real thing?

They'll make these games for anyone though. It probably costs so little to make. I eventually think if these games keep being popular they'll expand the songs you can buy into like an itunes sort of thing. Can't you just get a PS2 with a hard drive and put any song you wanted on Guitar Hero anyways?

With guitar hero you could download songs and note sheets then put it on the disc. For GH2 you would have to replace a song already on it though. I'm not sure about three but I don't think you had to replace any songs

They just released a Maiden song pack ("Iron Maiden Pack 01", so there might be more on the way) for Rock Band on their online music store, featuring 12 songs. Including "Number of the Beast" and pretty much all the biggest classics (some of them live versions, such as "Hallowed Be Thy Name")... and, for some reason, "Can I Play With Madness". I hate that song so much.

My hatred meter is maxed due to this event. I wish Green Day was General Leo and I was Kefka (for a little while, anyway). The only thing this game is good for is corrupting a youth's musical ability or clay pigeons.
