I've seen the fastest non tool assisted run at SDA, but I'm wondering if anyone here has a link to the 27 minute "any %" run and the 39 minute 100% run, both of wihch are tool-assisted. The wikipedia article mentions them but has no link.

It's tough, but possible. I just saw the 36 minute low % run myself, it was cool. Still, the other two are "tool-assisted", meaning, they used frame by frame slow motion and thousands of re-records to get it right. It's not considered cheating, but a different type of speedrun, one where the absolute constraints within the game engine are pushed, but rules are not broken, I.E., if god or something were playing it would actually be possible to do that stuff.
