*SPOILERS*
There have already been some hints concerning the next season. It looks like Claire will either go Dark Phoenix or get an evil twin:

How about one good Claire, and one bad Claire. So now the show may go something like this: "Save the cheerleader, save the world," and then "Don't save the bad cheerleader, she's trying to destroy the world." |
There are even a couple of pictures of "Dark Claire".

Don't get syd's hopes up
And i'm hoping they flash back to how Sylar gained all his abilities. I'm sure the freezing one would involves him dressing as Santa and killing someone during the holiday season.

Look, I'm kinda excited for "Heroes" 3, but... after reading that Mohinder will have a sexual relationship with that Hispanic chick and he'll inject something into him to give him powers... I had to roll my eyes. If the show keeps that up it'll crash worse than season 2.
However, Future Peter coming back in time? That sounds promising. Plus, super villains are always cooler than the heroes.
Oh, and Niki's back. What the hell?

They need to kill the Hispanic chick off, her and her brother just feel like their smothering the story. At least Sylar heard the audiences cries and killed off the brother and almost killed her off. I'm excited for this season but it better feature a flashback of sylar's killing spree, I'm still hoping he dresses as Santa XD
And Mohinder with a power? I don't know, it's kind of cool that he's one of the few important characters without a power, it give him more meaning. Besides, i thought his ability was to cure that ability crippling diseases

Who else is hoping Sylar starts his own Brotherhood of Evil mutants? I mean the next season is called 'villains' or is the first episode the only one called that?

Why is schizophrenia a super power, again? |
Her split personality is not her ability, it's her freakish strength that is. Remember when peter first met Nikki, he did develop a second personality . . . that we know of anyway, he picked up her insane strength and beat the shit out of Sylar. It is easy to confuse Nikki's schizophrenia, since the writers focus on it so much. [/quote]

Just saw the first 2 episodes of the season. I'm not going to spoil . . . so i'm just going to say:
"WTF?!!!"
That's a good thing though, I don't like shows that are predictable.
I'm hoping the Magnetic German is going to be cool, he has potential. This season is gonna be good!

Decent. They paired up the two most unlikable characters. The Fly, anyone?
Do Niki's personalities have their own powers or is the new one actually a different person?

What's the deal with Linderman? Is he dead? Is he alive? Is he a ghost? Is he a Nathan Petrelli delusion? I mean, seriously, what is the deal?

Great season premiere. I had no idea Bruce Boxleitner would be in it. That was awesome. The small 'Veronica Mars' reunion between Kristen Bell and Frank Capra? Also awesome. And I liked all the new characters they introduced so far. Even the Maya character started to grow on me.

He can't be a delusion, otherwise how could Nathan have come back from the dead? It seems unlikely that Claire's blood was somehow involved.

Heres to hoping the show answers the 19 hojillion questions its managed to raise.
Your right McCracken. The whole Suresh segment was basically the first part of the Golblum version of the Fly, condensed for your viewing pleasure. Next episode he rips a guys arm apart and turns a baboon inside out. Also, would you call Maya's post Suresh interaction "La petite mort"?
I feel the need to remind everyone that once again time travel messes up everything. And not just in universe. The story itself starts to suffer as character driven plots are eaten by "OMG everything is all messed up, more time travel will fix this!"

Finally got to watch these. Aside from what's already been mentioned, what's the deal with "Madam" Petrelli saying she's Sylar's mother? It's understandable, as most people who have powers seem to be the children of other people that have powers, possibly derived from that formula. I want to say that maybe that's where the future Ando got his powers from, but then again, he was looking for Hiro's half of the formula. Maybe he was injected like Mohinder without the Fly side effects, possibly because of an improvement or maybe even something from the Company.
Sometimes "Madam" Petrelli seems to be trying to do the right thing, and sometimes the wrong thing. I wonder if she has a similar approach to saving the world that Ozymandias had in The Watchmen, something along the lines of a sacrifice for the greater good, or the end of Star Trek II, just on a more global scale.
Everything that happened in these two episodes was well done and I am excited to look forward to the rest of this season.

You know what's hilarious. When Flash Woman stole the formula from Hiro at first, as he was walking towards her i was asking myself: "What is she, a speeder?" and then she says to Hiro "What, are you a Speeder too?" I LOLed.
Anyway, I like how Madam Petrelli treats her future son like crap. And when she said: "Who do you think you got your first ability from?" I kept thinking, if he got his pre-cog dreams from his mom then what the hell did he get fro his dad? I still want to know what Hiro's Dad could do too.
And I liked on Wiki (since Bob was introduced no less), the creators kept saying Bob was capable of other things then turning things to gold. Now we know why he didn't get into much detail about that. Poor Bob, i will miss him. I guess this confirms that Bob was no Doctor Manhattan.

Apparently, Bob was a transmutator. As far as I know, he could turn substances into other substances, but I think that may be restricted to stable metals. They just show the Midas touch because it's more recognizable than, "Wait, did he just turn that iron bar into a zinc bar?" I still want to know what Hiro's father could do too, but I have the feeling that since they've been holding back on it, it's bad ass. I also want to know why Linderman is essentialy Nathan's private chess and politics ghost.
After getting into comics recently to an extent, I realize the ability for a normal setting to be turned into something wacky, yet still believable, and I think that's what the show is starting to get into. That's great because it means there could probably be at least a few more seasons of the show, granted the writers maintain the structure they have now.

I'm not sure the premiere answered this, and that's why I was wondering: whatever happened to that dude who could fly? You know, Claire's boyfriend?

Clare's family left the town Peter Pan was living, that's why we don't see him anymore. What i want to know is: where is the invisible bum and The Haitian?

Starting right around when Nikki visits Nathan with her new personality, I figured Linderman was something much like Lex Luthor after his seperation from Brainiac from Justice League Unlimited; basically a geist. After all, I can't remember a single instance of someone surviving having their brain extracted from their head via phasing (if I remember D.L.'s killing of him correctly) in any comics.

I don't think it was extracted as much as physically displaced by D.L.'s fist, which is a good enough kill in any book I would imagine.
What if it's not Linderman, but someone else? Maybe someone has both Invisibility and Shapeshift powers and they are trying to make something happen using Nathan's governmental influence in a power play. According to the "science" of the show thus far, he existence as a "ghost" isn't justified, in my opinion. There has to be something else going on... dun dun dun.
