Has anyone bought this? I just saw an ad for it on GameFAQs, so I decided to do some investigating. It was released about a week ago and has garned strong reviews. It currently has an 82.93% ranking on GameRankings, making it the 5th best reviewed Wii game of 2009 and the 27th best reviewed Wii game of all-time. 1UP.com gave it a perfect score: http://www.1up.com/do/reviewPage?cId=3174084&p=44

I am going to grab this soon. I love a good 3D platformer, and very few of the non-Mario ones that come out are ever any good.

And for anyone who doesn't know, tt's a remake of a classic PS1 game from 1998.

Klonoa, called one of the best platformers on the playstations that nobody has ever heard of.

I've never played it, but I like his little hand ears. Please tell me how it turns out.

I've never played Door to Phantomile, but I own and absolutely love Klonoa 2: Lunatea's Veil.

The game isn't a 3-D platformer, Syd, just a heads-up. It's that "2.5-D" style similar to Kirby 64, but you're able to interact with the foreground and background...sort of 3-D on rails. In fact, the game itself (the second one anyways) is very similar to Kirby games.

The soundtrack in Klonoa 2 is also absolutely fantastic.

Klonoa is so Tails' long lost brother.

I love the music from Klonoa 2, it's a shame that I never got to beat the first one. Klonoa is a solid platformer with great music and an overall charming design. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a fan. Now I just have to work up the cash to afford a Wii.

Wasn't arguing. Just clarifying.
