It's kind of slow at first but it picks up as the movie progresses. It's also hindered by the warped VHS quality. All and all, it's an okay movie, has a lot of that 80s nostalgia to it and one kickass theme. It's something to kill an hour:

I'm sure the Miller movie was talked about here, i have yet to see it but just out of curiosity: is it "so bad it's good" or "so bad it's painful"

It's based off the comics, the same comics that the miller comics are 'based' on.
