I have yet to see anyone mention a single Sim game. Tsk, tsk. Well, I highly recommend Sims 2. If you're looking strictly into 1995 and older, one of the older Simcity games would be good.

Sim Ant! Just kidding. Diablo 2 can be super-addictive, though. I love that game.

You'll need DOSBoX to play alot of the older titles. Some won't work without it, and others will run too fast without it.

Knyte I agree with every single game you put on the Pre-1995 list ESPECIALLY the ones that follow:

Betrayal at Krondor
Chuck Yeagers Air Combat
Wing Commander III
TIE Fighter
Quest for Glory

But what, no "Corncob 3-D"??

I've actually heard that Sim Ant is pretty interesting.

I could never get into Diablo; I played Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance on the PS2 before I played Diablo, and when I played Diablo, it seemed like a poor man's BG:DA.

Oh, and Knyte, good call on Ultima IV. I can't believe I forgot that. Shame on me.

In no particular order

DOOM 2
King's Quest VI
Fallout 2
SimCity 2000
Civilization
The Secret of Monkey Island
Diablo 2
Warcraft 2
Heroes of Might and Magic 3
Thief 3

Fun Fact: If there's not a single game on your list published before 2000, YOU'RE DOING IT ALL WRONG!

When you keep spending all that money on your account you could just have just bought a can of paint thinner and some crack. You're still wasting money, but at least you kill yourself in the process...
