This web hosting site was called t4 or something. I really like it but I can't remember the name. Does anybody know the name of it?

He can't remember the name of the company. Also when you tell someone to Google something, best to Google it yourself first. The query you provided is shit on a stick and nothing more.

Personally I would direct you to either 1and1, dreamhost, or godaddy.com.

You don't want to deal with a lot of crap when a web host has problems and these companies are proven.
