Sure, but it's kind of unnecessary. If people are interested in finding out more about a band, they probably know all the P2P programs they could search for the music on... Lime Wire, Soulseek, Kazaa Lite Resurrection, and whatever else.
Also if they have a MySpace page or an official band website with sample songs, feel free to link to that.

I recommend putting a song in a music video and uploading to YouTube/Google. That seems to be the best way to get me to listen to music these days.

I've only heard their Metallica covers, but even so, those are damn impressive. They don't hold a candle to Yo Yo Ma though....

If you guys like Apocalyptica's covers of Metallica, you should listen to the String Quartet Tribute to Iron Maiden. (Unfortunately I can't remember the band name)
It's absolutely awesome......and blows Apoc's Metallica covers out of the water IMO.
