I don't consider them to offer the same type of products.
Yahoo offers their own content, Google offers everyone's content.
Yes, they both have search engines, but Yahoo's sucks in comparison, so it is the other things that they both offer that make them unique.

Which is basically what I was trying to get at. I don't care that Yahoo has a different search thing, but I do care and kind of like all of the web games they have. Google can be a bit bare bones sometimes. Makes me wonder how they get all that money.
