Well this is dodging the question a little, because I can't think of anyone off the top of my head (besides Mr. Malkovich, now that you mentioned it) who says fuck really well.
"Shit" on the other hand, Willem Dafoe wins for me hands down. He always says it well, but my single favorite is as Elias in Platoon: "you ain't a firing squad you piecea shit!"

With women in general it just depends. I expect a hood rat to have the mouth of a sailor. There seems to be something appealing when I hear a good girl type dropping an F-bomb. I also love when I hear people's mothers curse, like when Bam gets his mom to say it on Jackass.
If I had to pick my favorite F-bomb user, it would either be Pacino in Scarface or Chris Tucker just in general.
