TNA has cut Petey Williams due to budget constraints. The locker room is pissed.

He also has one of the best finishers in the business.

Which if he got into the WWE, the first thing they would do is ban that move.

Piledriver bannage makes me sad.

There would be no reason to, the move is significantly safer then a normal piledriver.
Also, I don't get it when people refer to the CD as one of the best moves in wrestling, it isn't like it is some technical marvel, or some crazy high flying move, or even a display of power, it is a botched Yoshi's Tonic. Then again, the only time I have even liked a front-flip piledriver is when it is preformed off the top rope, and I don't remember Petey ever doing that, so take what opinion for what it is worth.
Anyways, I never really liked Petey, for the above mentioned issues with the CD, and just never warming up for his moveset. I do find it funny however that they cut Petey instead of BJ James or someone else they weren't using. Petey at least had a fan base.

Petey is gone?
I'd be pissed too. They're gonna regret that cut.

Even when botched it looks better to me |
I think I can see why you like it better, but I have to disagree. I enjoy the smoothness and athleticism of Petey's flip a bit more than the big bump from the turnbuckle. (Not that that isn't athletic of course; I just prefer the other.)
Like I said, I dunno a whole lot about TNA, but from what you guys are saying and from what I *have* seen, it seens like loosing this guy was not a good move. I hope he finds somewhere else to go. (I'm kind of afraid someone like him would be wasted in the WWE though.)

Despite being listed on the active roster, BG James mostly works as a road agent.

There are 2 reasons the Canadian Destroyer is so awesome:
1. You don't see a lot of shit like that anymore. Especially if you watched the WWE and switched over to TNA, the first time you saw it it would be like nothing you've seen before, or at least in years.
2. If looks like he's going for a powerbomb and then it gets reversed, but it totally doesn't. If you haven't seen the move before, there's a good chance you'll actually do a double take and need to see the replay to figure out what just happened.

If I hadn't known what I was watching, I would have guessed he was going for some kind of Northern Lights suplex that was reversed in the middle. Its an amazing move however you slice it.

TNA tapes their matches, so they probably finished taping and then fired him.

Yeah, but this would be a good use of storyline to get rid of him. I'll miss him...
