Hey anyone else following this at all??
Or for that matter does anyone have a a school who made the tournament. I go to VCU and we just barely made it (won the CAA championship).
We have to go against UCLA on thursday night, which is going to be quite brutal.

I don't keep track of this much, but I do like Syracuse and they are in it. We'll see what happens.

I always fill out a bracket, even though I don't follow college sports.
My alma mater never makes it. Hilariously, they sent me an email last week in preparation for selling tickets for the tournament, then they once again weren't selected. They've never made the tourny, so what made them think they'd make it with a 17-13 team? Ha!

The school I go to does not have a football team so we are pretty intense with our basketball team...well not so much me but it is still nice to follow.

Your team could not have "barely" made it in. A conference championship is an automatic bid. The seeding probably depends on how likely the committee thinks you will end up winning the tournament.
I fill out two or three brackets. Its gotten so watered down this year, though I used to do like 12 brackets and had that one that had all 16 seeds in the Final Four just for the humor.

I live right up the road from Radford and thought it was pretty funny that they had to play UNC. The loss was quite humiliating.

More from my college
Shulman and Mocs Seniors to Appear on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.---The 2008-09 University of Tennessee at Chattanooga men’s basketball team remains in the national spotlight following its Southern Conference Championship season and 10th appearance in the NCAA Tournament. The team has been highlighted throughout the tournament week on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.
Head Coach John Shulman and his six seniors; Nicchaeus Doaks, Zach Ferrell, Kevin Goffney, Khalil Hartwell, Stephen McDowell and Keyron Sheard, will be live guests of Chattanooga’s newest fan.
“It has been a big week for our team and these seniors,” said Shulman. “The attention we have received and support from so many places makes it all the more special. This is a great opportunity to say thanks and give the seniors a chance to go out on a positive note.
“National television appearance,” smiled Shulman. “I think that does it.”
Late Night with Jimmy Fallon airs at 12:30 a.m. every night on NBC. Fallon has taken the place of Conan O’Brian who moves to the 11:30 p.m. time slot held by Jay Leno and Johnny Carson. Late Night started with David Letterman in 1982. Fallon premiered as the host on March of this year.
The show adopted the Mocs as its team for its tournament run. It has featured a video about the team and school, invited members of the band and spirit squad as well as alum Dennis Haskins (Saved by the Bell’s Mr. Belding). A song which can best be described as an “Ode to John Shulman” was created as well.

First I had to deal with Ohio State Football, then it got much much worse with the Detroit Lions, then Ohio State loses in the first round in double overtime to a last second 3 from a team I never heard of. GAAHHHHHHH!

I saw that, lost by like 50 points haha. We almost won, but lost at the last second, such a heartbreaker.

Duke is my team so naturally I had to pick them to win the whole bracket. I am the only one in the pool with Duke as the winner so basically all my hopes are riding on them as well. Should be an interesting week.
