So, how do you brush your teeth?

You do brush your teeth right?

You have teeth???

Not Sure, I am so sorry for offending you.

You can count how often you polish your fuel consumption portals.

I use a cheap electric toothbrush.

Much to the chagrin of my parents, I use about five squirts of toothpaste every time I brush my teeth. Why? One for the right-front side, one for the left-front side, one for the center-front side, one for the bottom top-and-back side, and one for the top top-and back side. If I try just using one squirt on all the sides, the first side I brush feels cleaner than all the other sides, and I HATE imbalance.

I use a manual one as of now.

I also use ungodly amounts of listerine before and after brushing, so I guess it balances out.

dental floss is more important than teeth brushing to prevent cavities

1.Floss
2.Brush
3.Waterpic
4.Listerene

Manual brushing, using one of those electric ones is actually less efficient than using a manual one.

I brush manually with a FIRM toothbrush. Weaker brushes don't feel like they're doing much.

Same way for me. Never really have brushed my teeth, it's just a pain in the ass routine that people make me feel obligated to do, but hell if I do.

The funny part is you're serious. That's fucking disgusting. Have fun getting dentures by 25.

Anyways, I use a manual toothbrush, it's kind of fancy. The key is using my Waterpik every night. They are godlike and make your entire mouth so incredibly healthy. I recommend them to all.

Like most, I voted for 3. I'm not actually picky about the brand of toothbrush, just that its serrated so it gets between teeth better *shrug*

Wow hacker, a dental thread?
...
Oops. Sorry.GP Wink

I use manual. And lusterine works fine for me.

2 things.
1. SevereFlame and Mega? Get the fuck out. Go. You sicken me. No wonder you can't get dates outside the family.
2. How is a "How do you brush your teeth thread" any better than what hacker throws up onto the forum?

Until the summer I was using a manual soft brush with the little long things in them to get the deeper gunk out. I switched to an expensive Sonicare on the advice of my dentist. My teeth feel polished every night. I could never ever go back.

I'm still concerned though, I don't really ever floss. I have two bonded retainers that make it a huge pain in the ass. Still... I should. Now I've made myself feel guilty.

So the thread is a waste of your time and you insult hacker and me... then you participate in the thread... then you insult both of us again.

<rant>
Why do you have to be such a confusing negative Nancy? Sadly no Stop looking for shit to bitch about. The general forum is for talking about whatever the fuck we want to talk about. It isn't like I posted this in the section about video games or music. Also, it isn't like I'm begging for some new feature on the forum or for someone else to do some work for me. The poll is fairly detailed and not some quick crap. Lastly, it would seem that several people have participated and you were the first to bitch.
</rant>

Idea In the future, there is a thread for you:

Very Happy GP, GP, GP.

What? I participated in the hacker threads too. And I wasn't directing the "How is this better" at you. I was directing it to the people who bitch about hacker's threads all the time. I do not see how this is much better. It IS nicely organized, I will give you that. And good grammar and spelling.

But my point remains. A 'Brushing Your Teeth' thread is not much better than the stuff hacker was getting crap for. Nothing bad to you two. But to the bitchers? See?

Also: Not in the user group, so I cannot see the link. Razz

Well I would say that brushing ones teeth is a pretty general concept. If only there was a place to discuss general things.

Oh and I have a regular cheepo brush I think it's from the dentist. My routine is
1.Floss
2.Brush
3.Mouthwash

though I should be on it more often as evidenced by dental bills and gum disease.

Typing your message was lazy.

You should have killed a buffalo with your bare hands. Then you should have used your teeth to rip the animal open and skin it with nothing but your fingernails. Finally you should hold the giant skin up to the sun for hours on end until you have a worthy parchment for writing. Next you should have crafted a pencil by chopping down a tree with your foot (like in kick boxer) and bind splinters around lead that you mined yourself. This self crafted pencil would be perfect for documenting your thoughts.

After you write your message, you should have then walked to find each of the members of the forum and read your message aloud.

Or... you could embrace technology like all humans do and use it to leverage a better life for yourself and future offspring.

Don't get me wrong, a manual toothbrush may be the best option available at this time for some people. But an electronic health care device is the furthest thing from lazy I have ever heard of. These things are designed to improve the quality of life, not to make you do less work.

What is this water pick thing everyone is speaking of. My interest is piqued.
My biggest fear is losing teeth, especially my front teeth, and I'll be damned if I leave their health in the hands of a machine, it's all manual tooth brush for me.

I use a manual toothbrush. I used an electric one for some time, but it sometimes scratched my mouth or cheeks and then it would annoy the hell out of me whenever I'd eat.

I also have to do it quite often, because my teeth are not very strong. They miss calcium or something.

Why would I want a date? Women are like your post, desperate and full of bullshit. That's why I don't brush my teeth. The problem is there are health problems from that. But why would I give a shit about some whore who thinks my breath smells. Fuck that. Fuck her. Fuck you. Next.

Can doctors actually give you special toothbrushes? Why would you need them? Are they for problems with the angle of your mouth (or whatever) or getting rid of some tooth disease. Please explain.

A waterpic is great. get the ones you plug into a wall because they have more water pressure than do the ones with batteries. I like to mix warm water and listerine together in the tank as a way to get my mouth completely clean and the back teeth clean(back teeth bacteria stuck in the crevaces of teeth usually cause bad breath if food is stuck back there for more than 2 days)

I have never had any cavities because my dad would use to spank me and my brother for not brushing our teeth and using dental floss(He didnt want us to spend 10,000 in the dentist chair as he had done). Needless to say he was right and it has saved me money for other things
