What is with the "Top Listener" rankings on LastFM? For example I have over 900 plays by Robert Earl Keen, I've been a "Top Listener" before but now many of the people listed in that area have many fewer plays by the artist than I do. How does it determine who is a "Top Listener" when some people have a greater amount of plays be a band/artist?
