I've seen that. I forget what game that is, but IIRC I think 1up or something had linked to a video of that game, describing the final boss as the hardest videogame boss ever, simply because he shot so many goddamn bullets that there was next to no free space in the screen to move.

You might be thinking of mushihimesama futari, a different game. They pretty much made that game impossible to one-credit without having two players.
