What obvious reasons did you blackout the artists names?
Are we going to abduct random people off the street because they wrote on a pair of jeans of a complete stranger? How the hell are we going to find these people? Why the hell should we care?

My guess would be for privacy reasons. Not everyone wants their real name broadcast around the internet
Personally I think the person wearing those would be more interested in their privacy.
