You're black? I thought BMan was the only Black Guy here. I'll probally get it when it drops in price. I'm a cheapskate and wait until games hit the bargain bin before I get it usually. I might get Chrono Trigger DS on Thanksgiving, just because Chrono Trigger is the most bad ass RPG evar.

I forgot how addicting this game was, I played for 4 hours last night at work... Planning on doing the same tonight. God I have a hard life lol! Just wish that damn DS didnt make my hands so sore from playing so long.

I just beat Dragon Warrior IV, Now I'm at the End of the new Castlevania, Now I need to buy Chrono Trigger. Fuck you Nintendo. Quit releasing good games.

CTDS is great. They have the quick buttons on the touch screen so that you can immediately access items/equipment/settings, etc. without having to go through a damn menu. Fuck, you can play the entire game just with the touch screen if you so desire.

The movies from the PS1 version are in them too, and no fucking stupid load times associated with 'em!

So yeah, this is the definitive version of the game. Get it if you want. Fuck it if you object to a $40 price tag.

I would get it, but I have beaten this game sooooooo many times. In fact the last time I beat, I beat the shit out of it so thoroughly I don't know when I will be able to pick it back up again.

I had pretty much everyones levels at the double star rank and new game +'d it so many times, everyone had gold studs and such, it was ridiculous.

Definatley sounds like the definitive version, I absolutely love this game.

I'll defnitely be picking it up. I only played CT way back when it first came out on SNES as a kid, and I always wanted to play through it again since I've just about forgotten it completely. I also need to get FFIV, amongst many others on my DS list. There's just not enough time in the day!

It was amolst exactly the same as the one for NES except with much better graphics and music. It seemed a lot more challenging then the NES one too. I recommend it to those who never got to play it, or like the Dragon Warrior series.

Chrono Trigger is my favorite game of all time. I MUST GET THIS.

One of the cool things I like about Chrono Trigger is not the large amount of endings, especially for the time it was made, but how early you could fight the final boss.

If you knew where to go, you can fight Lavos about twenty minutes or so into the game.

If I get a DS should I get this or get the SNES one? This one is probably cheaper and portable, which should I get first? I plan on getting hte SNES one eventually just to have it for the SNES but for 40$ this is cheaper and can carry it with me.

Definitely get the DS one. It's awesome portable and there is some extra shit. Obviously you should eventually get the SNES one. I saw a couple on ebay that came with a free bushel of bamboo!
