PC : Age of Empires (I and II, never played III)
NES : Recently, Mega Man 3. But I played the hell out of SMB3 before even if I didn't own it.
SNES : FF6
N64 : Both Zeldas and most Rare titles
PS1 : Crash Bandicoot 3
PS2 : Possibly DQ8. I still have to finish it
GBA : Fire Emblem, not a game in particular though
DS : Final Fantasy III. The DS is my sister's and I always forget we have one, so it's the only game that isn't Pokemon.
Gamecube : Pikmin 2
Wii : Twilight Princess and Brawl
WiiWare : Mega Man 9. It's actually the only game I downloaded, but I love it. I just have to beat Wily like 8 more times to get everything done.

Any console that has Mega Man games on them, those are autmatically my favorites on the console in question. Well, except Mega Man 64. I'm not saying it's a bad port, I was just happy with Mega Man Legends on PSX.

PC: Umm ... Mass Effect is the finest singleplayer experience. I spent years in the multiplayer of Jedi Knight series and Team Fortress 2 is my favorite multiplayer game if you take only gameplay into consideration.
PS1: Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back is the only game I remember from those days. It was so awesome.
NES: I have actually found the old Nintendo consoles just recently and I havent played a lot yet, but I would say Metroid is my favorite. This is also the reason why I exclude SNES at this point. River City Ransom is great, too.
GBA: Golden Sun 2: The Lost Age remains one of the most time-consuming games for me and I never actually finished the bloody game. It was great fun though.
Xbox: Thief: Deadly Shadows was my 'best' experience on this lousy console.
PS2: I never owned the console, but I enjoyed playing GTA: San Andreas and Conflict: Desert Storm at my friend's place.

I'm not going to list every system because who really cares what i like. Although I will post my favorite genesis game General Chaos. A very underrated game which doesn't get as much love as it should.
