Okay, it's NFL playoffs time, and here's the deal: Pick the results. Win fabulous prizes*. Show off your psychic abilities. It's simple: pick the winners of each playoff round. Pick right, and get points. Person with the most points wins.
Rules:
- All picks for the entire playoffs must be in before the -first- playoff game. Up until then, you can change them, but once the first game begins, your choices are locked in.
-Picking the winners in the Wild Card round gets you 1 point per correct pick. Each winner in the Divisional Round gets you 2 points. Picking the Conference Champion gets you 4 points. And the Super Bowl Champ gets you 6 points.
-Only the winners matter. You don't have to pick the exact matchup, so long as the team you picked for that round advances.
-Remember that after every round, the teams are "reseeded". The highest-ranked remaining seed plays the lowest-ranked remaining seed at home in each conference.
The seeds are:
AFC
1 - Tennessee Titans
2 - Pittsburgh Steelers
3 - Miami Dolphins
4 - San Diego Chargers
5 - Indianapolis Colts
6 - Baltimore Ravens
NFC
1 - New York Giants
2 - Carolina Panthers
3 - Minnesota Vikings
4 - Arizona Cardinals
5 - Atlanta Falcons
6 - Philadelphia Eagles
Scores
Douche McCallister - 16 (Final Score)
Cattivo - 4 (Final Score)
The Coin - 4 ( Final Score
Kubo - 4 (Final Score)
Pandajuice - 3 (Final Score)
Rycona -3 (Final Score)
UsaSatsui - 3 (Final Score)
Ruth (Satsui's wife)- 0 (Final Score)

Geez Douche, are you just going for the unlikely outcomes that no one else would pick in the hopes of winning big?
Round 1
NFC:
Falcons over Cardinals
Eagles over Vikings
AFC:
Ravens over Dolphins
Colts over Chargers
Round 2
NFC:
Giants over Eagles
Panthers over Falcons
AFC:
Ravens over Titans
Colts over Steelers
Round 3
NFC:
Giants over Panthers
AFC:
Colts over Ravens
Super Bowl:
Colts over Giants
Part of me still thinks the Ravens or Panthers might win it all, though....
The AFC is hard to pick, as there's a lot of good teams in that conference this year...
I really like the idea of the last two champions facing off against each other, plus the QBs being brothers is just hilarious.
The Colts seem to do better in the playoffs when they're the wild card or don't have a bye with lots of home games.

Round 1
FALCONS over Cardinals.
COLTS over Chargers.
DOLPHINS over Ravens.
EAGLES over Vikings.
Round 2
TITANS over Colts.
DOLPHINS over Steelers.
EAGLES over Giants.
PANTHERS over Falcons.
Round 3
DOLPHINS over Titans
PANTHERS over Eagles
Super Bowl
DOLPHINS over Panthers.
I don't know why, but I just a weird feeling about Miami. In the last 3 or 4 Super Bowls too, there was always an odd coincidence or story that went with it (Bettis winning in his home town, Detroit; Peyton finally getting the monkey off his back; Eli winning a year after his brother did with the underdogs) and I think this one will be the same. Either it'll be the Manning Bowl, or the story about a dead in the water 1-15 Miami coming back the next season and becoming Champions.

His picks make sense to me, but then again, I know his home state...
...wait, he has Arizona going to the championship game? Maybe they don't make so much sense.

You gotta go out on limb when so many people are picking the same. If Edge plays, championship game if Hightower plays first round loss. Also I think the Titans are a joke and the Chargers are running on plutonium this week.

I think Douche is also wanting an All-PA Super Bowl, and I like it.

Wildcard Round
Colts over Chargers
Dolphins over Ravens
Falcons over Cardinals
Eagles over Vikings
Divisional Round
Titans over Colts
Steelers over Dolphins
Panthers over Falcons
Giants over Eagles
Championship Round
Titans over Steelers
Giants over Panthers
Super Bowl XLIII
Giants over Titans
Everything is unbiased except for the Super Bowl. I really do think the Titans would beat the Giants, but I would much rather see the Giants win.

Thou, because I am wroth, be not dismayed, for I shall win the strife, whoever circle round within for the defence. This their insolence is not new, for of old they used it at a less secret gate, which still is found without a bolt. Above it thou didst see the dead inscription; and already on this side of it
descends the steep, passing without escort through the circles,
One such that by him the city shall be opened to us. |

When the Vikings win, that coin is gonna look like a genius.
Not even random chance is willing to take Arizona, though,

Yeah. I'm not too pleased this morning. I'll get into it more now, in its own post. I need some form of catharsis. At this point, I'll just say...
CAN WE (INDY) PLEASE RECOGNIZE NOW THAT WE NEED SOMEONE THAT CAN STOP THE RUN AND AN OFFENSIVE LINE THAT CAN BLOCK FOR THE RUN?!?!?! PLAY ACTION MEANS JACK SHIT IF YOU CAN'T RUN THE GODDAMN BALL!!!!!
sigh.

Pretty sure I'm gonna go 0-4 next week and be completely out of this.

You already NotSure'd us this week, don't go taking away my scoring responsibilities too.
And it's funny, Ruth's team-picking strategy is usually pretty accurate: She picks the team whose mascot she thinks would win in a fight. She has two main rules: "Anyone can beat a bird", and "Even a bird can beat a Brown"

Unless they are magical brownies. If your wife follows that logic and it's fairly accurate why was Detroit 0-16 then.
