I'm looking into redesigning the Dark Maze Studios website and am researching my options. I'm thinking about going the CMS route and was curious if anyone here has worked with Drupal, Joomla, or something similar? If so, how easy/comfortable are they to use?

I primarily use Wordpress. It's too versatile right now to think of using anything else. There's 1000s of plug-ins online you can use for it too.

http://www.about.com uses Wordpress too. A lot of celebrity fan sites use it if they don't want to use the normal CMS sytem.

I have some Drupal experience.

It is a FUCKING BITCH to learn. To get it to work the way you want it to, you really need to learn the "Drupal" language.

I think that the killer for me was that Drupal 5 wasn't so bad, but Drupal 6 didn't inspire a great following for having plugins upgraded.

Still, it is the current leader in the CMS selection of products if you want a product that can do it all.
