Final Fantasy Legends 1, 2, and 3 aren't very common games for somebody to own, because it wasn't as popular as the FF's for the NES/SNES. Have any of you owned it, or played it at all? What did you think of the game?
I own the game, and I think it's an underrated classic that deserves some light on it. It's somewhat hard if you were stupid and didn't pick up any members from the Guild. I just started the game not to long ago, and I like it alot.

Final fantasy, along with all turn based combat besides the Pokemons, is dildos.

They were good when gameboys were in only black and white. They would always be on Nintendo Powers Top Ten lists for the month. Then gameboy color came out. As far as underated I say no, they sold well were always in the spotlight in there day.

Too bad they weren't REAL FF games.

Teb's right: They were originally part of the SaGa series.
That said, try Romancing SaGa 3 for the SNES, good stuff.
The first FFL game rocked my socks. It has a unique, Final Fantasy 2-esque method of leveling up, and at the time I got it (age 9), it was a nice introduction into the world of RPGs. Later I got FFL 2 & 3. 2 is also excellent, though not as good as the first. I remember being extremely underwhelmed by 3, as it's incredibly sloooowwwwww.
