Now we can actually begin to do something.

With CSS access you can adjust the body or any other tag to do what you want.

In this case, you want to manipulate the background image.

The first line will address what URL you want to point to for an image. Change the URL to point to the background of your choice:
background-image: url(1.jpg);

The second line specifies if the image should repeat. If you want it to repeat just don't include this line. If you want it to repeat vertically only or horizontally only let me know and I'll post that code:
background-repeat: no-repeat;

The last line states that the image shouldn't move even if the page does. This is called fixed positioning. If you don't want fixed positioning just don't include the line:
background-attachment: fixed;

I hope that this helps you out. If you need further assistance please include the URL to your website so that I can see the HTML structure.
