There are a couple CS mods that involve Zombie POV.
In-game counter-strike there's the Zombie Mod. It starts with a bunch of normal Humans and then one becomes a zombie with close to 600 hp. The Humans get one life but get all the weapons. A zombie has super-strength, super-speed and super-damage, only they only can use the knife, which is actually modeled to their hands. It's intense because everyone must stick together, but then you get guys who think they are unstoppable and go off on their own only to get slaughtered and join the Zombie Horde.
A total conversion mod for Counter-Strike source is called Zombie Panic. Instead of everyone being Sodliers, it's similar to Resident Evil:Outbreak where as everyone is john Q. Public and with every weapon you pick up (which is pretty much anything) you slow down. You've got limited ammo and often times the only way to survive is by standing in a one door room and unloading into anything that comes into the room. Ultimately your best weapon is the shovel you picked up. Zombie Side is similar to the Zombie mod in Counter Strike, but you get a cool power similar to night vision. You can identify a human because the glow Red, and as they start to lose health, their body will turn green showing that they are infected with the zombie disease.
I think another one that can be considered a zombie game is called BrainBread... DOn't know what that one is about but it's another Total Conversion Mod. And the Zombies have very little body context. (In other words, one shot to the dome piece and their head's explode...)
I personally like Zombie Panic the best.
