I'm normally faster at getting to posts like this, but for some reason I just forgot to do it right after I saw the movie.
This is the new one. It's human stars are Jason Segel and Amy Adams.
This is a VERY self aware film. It breaks the 4th wall and even comments on itself. It's also a nod to old Hollywood, when things and life were so simple and happy. If the songs and dance numbers don't cue you in on that, go see

The film has some surprisingly cameos too. Actually, now that I think about it, it has a lot of cameos.
So, are the Muppets still revelant? Does any care about them anymore? Were they forgotten as the years went by? Would you want to see the band back together?
This was a fantastic kids movie that will definitely cause them to catch fire with the youth. Most of us may feel too old for it, but it's got good clean humor and hey, it's the Muppets
A Toy Story short comes before it, FYI.
