I have no idea if this link works for resetting the password.

Have you downloaded anything recently or gone to obscure websites?

You sir are correct.

However the best bet is to go here:
https://accountservices.passport.net

Then click "Forgot your password?"

That way in case they change the link on you, you are at the correct page.

Now... let us discuss what to do about the fact that you might be hacked.

Follow these instructions

k account services thing doesnt help out too much cause I go through with that stuff then it asks to send a new password to either my email or alternate emial. I dont think I set one and cant get one without my password.
YEah, Im assuming I got hacked because nobody knew my password and one day out of the blue it jsut changed. I did a full computer scan and it said it removed one thing that may have been harmful.

Fuck that shit. I had hotmail and msn and all that jazz since high school. Then when I changed my password or something, I forgot it. It asked me what the answer to my stupid question was and I didn't remember even making one. So I figured I got hacked or something. I emailed something to someone and got no reply. I even emailed my own email to see if there would be a reply. None. Forget about it and use a different client. MSN and Hotmail sucks sweaty simian sacks.

YEah the only problem is if I did indeed get hacked or something I dont want other people going on it, but Msn and them have shit for contact, their COntact Us leads to a FAQ, the only way I contacted them was some bullshit thing saying that I MAY get a reply, none yet day and a half later. I was kind of hoping they have a number I could call or someting to get the password back or jsut get it shut down all together.

Depends on which one you want. If you want to know what your IP address is to the outside world the easiest way is to just look at one of the many websites for that. If you want to know your local IP address follow these instructions.

  1. Click Start
  2. Type "CMD"
  3. Press Enter
  4. In the black box that comes up type:
    Code:
    ipconfig

  5. Press Enter

You will see a line that tells you what your IP Address is. You want to make sure that you are discussing the IP Address for the correct adapter though.
