OK, the movie had something to do with a kid, and a pet frog. Somehow either the frog was a real guy, or the kid turned into a frog, something like that. I know that's not a lot to go on, but hopefully some of you guys remember it.

No, the movie has nothing to do with Blaster and or Master, it is an 80's kids movie, and not video game related.

Is it the Jim Henson movie where like someone gets turned into a frog and he can't speak correctly, and he keeps saying "Bake the hall in the candle of her brain" which is supposed to be "Break the ball in the handle of her cane", in regards to the witch who put a spell on him? And at dinner when he's trying to get it out the witch keeps shoving food in his mouth and yelling "Have a crumpet, froggy!"

I spent days looking for stuff about this movie online, and I posted here to see if it rang a bell with anyone. I finally found out what the hell it was, mere minutes ago.
