What a fucking idiot.

He should have gotten out of the car, opened the bottle of alcohol and started drinking it immediately, and done so in front of other people.

He would have been arrested for public intoxication and other issues. However he wouldn't be able to be charged with DUI or an open bottle in the car.

Of course, he is a fucktard for drinking and driving and I hope he loses his job and goes to jail.
