i voted mark hamill cause i still think he had the best laugh.

i was going mostly by batman movies.

idk if joker is in batman beyond, because i havent seen that movie, and i havent seen that new batman gotham knight either, so if joker is in it, i apologize for leaving them out.

and kevin michael richardson is only from the new batman show... although i did see him in batman vs dracula, so i apologize for that jprime.

anyhow, those 4 up there are the most well know ones, which is why i included them
