Those photos are bad, that bathroom is enough to make me gag. Like seriously, who leaves toilet paper hanging everywhere, especially on the door handle and toilet.

This is just bad...

whoever this was is a pig, there's two penis pumps, astroglide, and I counted two bottles of vaseline in those photos (one in the fucking kitchen). Not to mention the moldy walls, moldy fridge, moldy everything. Also, I think that's shit in the shower. I'd cut my losses and call in a hazmat crew to take out the trash, toss away the carpets, and then I'd take out the walls and just redo most of everything. That or turn it into a storage room. after the hazmat crew of course

In reality though if I had to clean this, I'd go buy a bottle of sanitizer from a hospital, get a box of rubber gloves, and then go buy a weed sprayer from walmart. Fill up the weedsprayer with the sanitizer, rent a construction dumpster, and toss the trash over the balcony into the dumpster below. If there were any tables or anything worth saving they'd get a spraydown with the sanitizer and then sold or given away. then once everything is gone and cleaned I'd go in with the sanitizer and spray down the walls, the doors, the bathroom (three times), just everything with sanitizer over and over. then I'd trash all the carpets.
