LaBeouf might have to get one of his fingers amputated because of the accident and they're discussing ways to work that into the Transformers 2 script:

That's got to be a bullshit story. If they could digitally take away Gary Sinise's legs in Forest Gump, 14 years ago, I think they could add a finger in.
Or, better yet, hasn't anyone on the production team ever heard of prosthetics?
