I just noticed a moment ago that it's my second anniversary of joining Sydlexia today. I know I wasn't really active at first (and I disappeared for almost a year), but now I might be one of the most active members here.
Anyway, let's celebrate. *Pulls out some Pepsi and Captain Morgan Private Stock*

I'm celebrating too. I think I started writing on here in January when I got tired of not ever seeing the front page updated. Oh wait.

Hey, you're from Michigan too? I'm sorry! But congrats on the 2-year!

What's wrong with being in Michigan? Is it Granholm?
Anyway, thanks.

Yeah, maybe just a 'lil bit.
I'm from the tri-city area, between Midland and Bay City. A tiny little town called Auburn. And as you may know, the tri-cities are economically at the top of the list when it comes to crappiness. Other than that, I love Michigan. It is a beautiful state, especially the Upper Peninsula as I'm sure you know. Gorgeous up there.
Where you from? |
I have some cousins who live in Midland and an older sister going to college in Mt. Pleasant.
As for me, however, I live up in Traverse City. It's pretty good, I guess, but up until recently, there really wasn't much to do. There are some things to do up here now, though.

Many of my friends and myself (a couple times) partied up there. Mainly on the water. The party scene there was very... drunken, to say the least. I had good times.

My parents go, but I've never gone to it yet. I'll probably check it out after I'm 21, which is September 11th.

Well, happy early birthday to you, then.
I turned 21 back in May 16.
