I used to love Worms. Back in like 1996 I remember having it on my computer in my parents basement. I would sit there and play all the time.
Then Worms 2 came out, and what was once fun became lame.
Does anyone know if a ported version of Worms for DOS still exists?
Talk about a game that needs a Java/Flash remake.

I enjoyed the first three Worms immensely, but nothing could beat the fun I had playing the original on PS1 with my H.S. friends.

Armageddon was pretty fun. Too bad the cracked version on P2P doesn't let you play through the actual game mode.

The original is probably Abandonware by now, I'm sure you could find it and play it with DOSBOX.
I loved Worms, Worms 2, Worms: Armedgeddon, and Worms: World Party.
The 3D ones are crap, and lose the flavor of the 2D games.

I thought worms 3d was really good, I spent a lot of time playing multi with my friends and it seems just as good as any of the other ones.
The only place it really eats shit compared to the 2d ones is with the rope, but even then the 3d rope was still pretty fucking cool.
Open warfare was really good and would probably be cheap on ds or psp used or otherwise. The wifi scene is dead though which is fucking balls

You were able to find that but not a flash version of the game?

Well, I didn't have to look hard for that. I produced it.

Any chance you still have the game somewhere on a 3.5" floppy or something?

Well, I produced the video, not the game. Sadly I wasn't introduced to Worms until World Party, which is the only one I had.

Second time in a while I thought of this game. Damn I wish I had a copy.
