Guitar Hero 3 is already out on the PC. I saw it at Target yesterday.

Is there a point to spend $70 on GH3 for PC, when you can get Frets On Fire for free, and spend $20 on a used wired X360 Guitar that works just fine?

I wish I had a 360 just for this game... But I know a PC port is inevitable. Despite their "denials" I'm almost certain it is being worked on right now.

The game was developed by a Microsoft affiliate. Of course there will be a PC port.

And now that day has come. The PC version is bigger and badder and most importantly coming soon.

Does the media still think Mass Effect is some sort of crazy futuristic sex simulator? Confused

Yeah, because no one cared about Fox's "apologies". They only remember the negatives.

Now that it'll be on the PC, expect lots of sex mods! Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil

SEMI-SPOILER

I killed Wrex today and it put a major Crying on my face. I know I was using the "Lex Shepherd" account of villainy, but it still hurt to see him shoot Wrex... THREE TIMES! I'm glad a game allows you to kill your own teammates though.

BTW, I love that Mass Effect feels like some Star Wars and Star Trek hybrid. It has elements of both combined into a beautiful creation.

I like Mass Effect a bit better on PC. Why? Mainly because you can aim better, which makes some of the jumpier bosses less annoying. You can also disable the annoying "film grain" effect.

Good game overall though. It uses MMO-style cooldown skills to good effect. Auto-regenerating shields / health / ammo and all that streamlines the game quite nicely.

Your teammates are cool. Wrex is awesome.

Uhhhh yeah Cool

You can disable the film grain on the 360 as well, though I don't doubt the PC version is better.

I beat the game! Yay! Actually the ending was one of the better game endings I've played in awhile. I was expecting a cliffhanger, but it felt fairly closed in a Matrix 1 kind of way.

Ya know, Mass Effect is a little like Kingdom of the Crystal Skulls. The Crystal Skull being the beacon.
