Yeah I thought itd be a fancy title for the thread [ Not sure if this goes in this section ]
Just as a suggestion, does anyone else think a Snakes On A Plane review would be good/funny, Im sure you could get some funny shit from that movie. I know not too many people liked it [ Unlike me ]

I have friends that LOVED it. It was a running joke before it came out until like a year after.

Im sure it's far to "Current" to be warranted a review. Plus what could be said about it that hasn't already?

He's right, but you are free to post about the movie in the proper thread.

I thought this thread was going to be about Owen Hart.

Why would you review Snakes on a Plane? It doesn't even take itself seriously.

The sad thing is that SOAP *almost* took itself seriously. Director Ronnie Yu, who is fucking awesome, was dropped from the project because he wanted to do an over the top movie. The producers apparently had delusions of making a serious horror film and mulled changing the title to the flight number. Then the movie became an Internet sensation and they reshot a whole bunch of stuff to make their boring PG13 piece of crap live up to the Internet's high expectations. The tragedy here is that SOAP could have been the greatest movie EVER if Yu hadn't been dropped from the project.

Nevertheless, it was still excellent.

Only if Sam Jackson wore a kilt and also fought Freddy and Jason at the end.
With fighting kangaroos.

But would have been remembered past that? Snakes On A Plane is slowly working itself into a cult movie. Those don't come around every day.

The way the producers originally wanted the movie done, it would have sucked.
The way it ended up was fairly awesome.
The way Ronnie Yu wanted to do it would have been super awesome.
And SOAP was a cult movie before it even hit theatres.

The title is the best part.
"Okay what ideas have you got?"
"How about Snakes on A Plane?"
"Brilliant! What are you gonna call it?"
"SNAKES ON A PLANE!!"
