I did this video for an online project and was really happy with how it came out. I also did Part 2. The remaining 9 videos I had at the time would not have made an interesting 3rd video. I think it's interesting to watch nonetheless.

Internet marketers look here to see what works so their videos can go viral and make them money, which was it's original purpose, to appeal to internet marketers. Others may see it as an interesting cross section of YouTube for the crazy things that get millions of views.

Why'd you use the trailer variation of "Orchard of Mines"?

What's that?

None of the videos are my own, I just went to keepvid.com and snagged their videos listed under their All Time section. If someone else used it, and it got on the list, I used it. Razz

What's that?

It's the album name of the song you used as the background. I just listen to that album (Epicon) a heck of a lot so I'm super used to hearing that version. I keep forgetting there's a "trailer" version without a main vocal. Razz

I have it as Immediate Music - Serenata(Choir). I first heard it in the Partition movie trailer. It's an awesome track, and gets across where I heard it first perfectly, which is a trailer version of the Partition plot Smile

I just saw it for the first time the other night. I've got Chocolate Rain since I might have used it in Part 3. The Dancing Hands thing too. They did a pretty good job on using the people. One theyshowed wasn't listed in the All Time List at YouTube, and that was that chubby guy on his web cam Razz It's mentioned in this forum somewhere, the 19 most obnoxious memes I think. The light saber thing too is also missing from YouTube's All Time list.

Yeah, Globus/Epicon is Immediate Music but they turned their trailer music into actual songs. So that, the Spider-Man 2 trailer music, Da Vinci Code, and other tracks were turned into pseudo pop songs. As I said, I've been listening to the album so much, I've disconnected from the immediate music tracks. While the male vocal takes getting used to, I think the female they got for the album improves songs like the Spider-Man 2 trailer (renamed Preliator) and Mighty Rivers Run (I forget the immediate music name of this song).

Anyway, sounds like "Serenata" got remade as "Orchard of Mines" which takes some getting used to, but before I ended up loving the whole track @ 2:15 is where it started getting awesome.

Globus was a place I was directed to when looking for movie trailer music. It's usually really good short instrumentals designed to get across certain moods. And for their use, they need that mood RIGHT THEN. I've got more stuff from Immediate Music, lots of stuff from X-Ray Dog, and E.S. Posthumus. "Pompeii" is an awesome track I'm trying ot find a use for.

It's really hard to find good quality audio of them. Even when I find a 320 kbps file, it still sounds like crap.

Limewire Wink I checked the usual places too but couldn't find much useful stuff. It was "branded" so to speak sometimes within the track. Irritating.

Most people will know these tracks when they hear them too, but the artist is never mentioned. Took some detective work to find Immediate Music, I thought it was on the Partition soundtrack, but it wasn't. It was ONLY in the trailer.
