Like the title says, I will be judging a picture editing contest, along with douche and syd should they choose to accept. You can use any editing program, insert text, or just use MS paint! I don't thnk this has ever been done before on this forum, sorry if it has. It will be due in 8 days, june 22, because I'll be away in a week.
