Aparently he's switching back to Puff Daddy over some sort of legal crap, I had hoped nintendo would sue him for using diddy, but it turns out to be some british recording artist. 
When will there be justice for Diddy Kong?

The only way Nintendo would sue is if they find that tape where P. Diddy got mad at someone at a club and he pulled out his 2 pistols and jetpack then flew around shooting people.
