Hammer ons and pull offs I think thats what they are called. You just got to hit the first note, then you can just press the respective colors without strumming.

You got to strum the note right before a group of lighter colored frets. Then you can just hit the frets instead of strumming.

That just leaves One, Devil Went Down to Georgia, Slash Battle, and that Ernten song left in GH3.
Honestly, I figured it wouldn't be long for it to happen. GH3 has an easier hammer on system, and the notes aren't as packed as Jordan. That doesn't keep it from being an amazing achievement, though.
I'll save my apocalypse worries for when someone FC's thrasher from Rock Band, though.

I watched a guy at work FC maps on drums on the hardest difficulty in rockband and almost had a stroke. everyone in the department kind of stopped and we jsut watched. cutomers and employees alike.
