From the 8-bit: A dungeon-crawling epic with a comparable classic score.
From the 16-bit: The second of two globetrotting epics--twice over, in this case--with a falsified number.
Just so you guys know, I'm going to be late putting up the next poll tomorrow because I'll be seeing Iron Man. Anyway, take your pick.

Which is which?
I don't really like the original LoZ, and FFIII is phenomenal.

The original Zelda is a classic, but it's also incredibly vauge, there's not alot of dialouge and I always got confused to which order to beat the dungeons. The music is fucking superb though, I can play the underlying melodie from the dungeons, and on electric guitar it sounds badass.

Val dedicated an epic poem to one of them, so take your guess.
Also my mouse pointer has been moving from one choice to the other for the last five minutes. This may take a while.

And Final Fantasy III edges out The Legend Of Zelda. You know, it's funny. I didn't expect to ever get used to saying II when I meant IV and III when I meant VI again.

Goddammit, I sat here for two minutes pondering what "saying 2 when 1 meant 4 and 3 when 1 meant 6 again" could mean...

I hate people like this. I get that its 4 and 6 but unless your japanese or youdidnt find out about these games until around 2001 you should be used to calling them 2 and 3.They didnt really explain it til 7 came out as how do you jump from 3 to 7 was in peoples minds. So i guess if you got into it around or later you could call them that but most people who i know that played it back in the early 90s feel weird calling it anything other than 2 o r3.

I originally played it in the 90's, but I still refer to them as 4 and 6 because its easier then having to explain that you aren't talking about the NES games.

This poll turned out exactly as I wanted it to, despite my absence.
