From the 8-bit: A timeless classic of a platforming adventure that not only served as the console's flagship launch title, but also single-handedly saved the industry from oblivion.
From the 16-bit: The second home version of a pioneering fighting game featuring playable bosses, default pallette swaps and adjustable action speed.
This just might be the most important one of all these polls. I mean, just look at the choices. Will you pay your respects to the game that saved the industry or satiate the street fighter in you a third time? That's your choice.

i voted mario, mostly because i sucked at SFII as a kid and i hated losing to other people. whereas if i lost in mario, it would be my fault and not some douchebag taking advantage of someone who cant play the game.

I would have voted for street fighter if the SNES cart was arcade perfect, but since it's not...Super Mario

I voted for Street Fighter before I remembered how much it's watered down on the SNES. Shit, my mistake.

I thought hyper fighting was a bit useless. Turbo had everything i needed. Being able to use the same char and playable bosses. Im not gonan vote though as i was never a fan of the first mario. It was always SMB3 and SMB2 that hooked me.

And Super Mario Bros. edges out Street Fighter II Turbo: Hyper Fighting. I just knew this would happen. Thought there'd be more votes, though.
