The game looks badass, but it looks like Master D has been replaced with M. Bison.
EDIT: Also, download of this game allows you the option of not looking like a bedreadlocked rastafarian asshole in the sequel.

Not necessarily. The promo shot doesn't say who that is, and that's the outfit that high ranking BADD officers wore. Besides, Master D doesn't get resurrected til the very end anyway.
